Get started with the sport of rowing by starting new, building on the introductory class or gaining back old skills with more in-depth skills development class. Classes include: Instructors and volunteers rowing with students in doubles and students rowing in singles once proficient in a double.
By registering, participants are agreeing that they are able to accomplish the following skills: tread water for 10 minutes; swim 50 m (two laps of a pool); lift 30 pounds overhead; and squat, bend, and reach with full range of motion.
